FURTHER NETWORK HOUSE LETTINGS On behalf of fund managers Commercial Estates Group, Baker Davidson Thomas and Woodford & Co have recently completed two lettings within Network House, Basing View, Basingstoke. The first letting was to Lutea Limited who took additional space in the building on a new 5 year term. The second was to Asset Advantage Limited, who are relocating from Reading. Their suite totals 3,778 sq ft, and was let on a new lease for a term of 5 years with a break clause option.
